Cone mixer
General description:
Cycloid reducer connect the center screw and outer ribbon which rotate at the same speed. During the operation, the
center screw hoist the mixture from the bottom to the top, meantime, because the linear velocity of ribbon is bigger,
the ribbon will hoist the material along the wall of cone, under the centrifugal force, both movements will throw the
material into space along the tangential direction, the material will occur intensive convective shearing and diffusing,
then can mix the materials rapidly.
Application scope:
It is suitable for mixing and reacting the high dynamic viscosity fluid which viscosity is smaller than 200000Cp, such as painting, adhesive, pharmacy, Pesticide,
dye, foodstuff, glaze, Fodder . Especially for mixing the non-Newtonian fluid with high solid content.
